Orders & Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the US. Expedited (2-day) and overnight options are available at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. International shipping rates and thresholds vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order is in fulfillment we're unable to modify or cancel it, but our easy returns process has you covered.

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

Free returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Initiate a return from your order confirmation email or contact our support team and we'll send a prepaid return label.

The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order — this ensures you get what you want without delays. Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Items purchased at 50% off or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. All other sale items follow our standard 30-day return policy. Sale status is clearly marked on each product page.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 days to appear on your statement.

Sizing & Fit

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in inches and centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart rather than relying on your usual size, as fit can vary by style and fabric.

Most pieces are designed to fit true to size, but fit notes are included on every product page. Oversized and relaxed-fit styles are noted so you can decide whether to size down. When in doubt, drop us a message.

Use the "Notify Me" button on sold-out sizes to receive an email the moment your size is restocked. We restock popular items regularly, and some styles are offered in limited quantities by design.

Product Care

Care instructions are printed on the label of every garment. As a general rule, most knitwear and delicate fabrics benefit from a cold, gentle machine wash or hand wash, while structured pieces should be dry cleaned. Always check the label first.

Turn dark garments inside out before washing to preserve colour. Store knitwear folded rather than hung to prevent stretching. For leather and suede accessories, use a specialist cleaner and store away from direct sunlight. With proper care, Release pieces are built to last seasons.

Absolutely. We never store your full card details. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways with industry-standard SSL encryption.
