Common questions before you book.

01Do you bring your own equipment and chemistry?
Yes. Every visit arrives with sealed equipment assigned to the job and medical-registered disinfectants with documented contact times. We never rely on the client site for tooling.
02What is included in the post-visit documentation?
Every job closes with a technical completion sheet: surface coverage, products used, contact times, technician name, and photographs where relevant. For commercial routes the report is emailed within 24 hours.
03Can the same technician team service my site on every visit?
For commercial hygiene routes, yes. You are assigned a lead technician from visit two onward, and the same team where possible. For one-off bookings we assign by proximity and qualification.
04What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
48 hours notice for reschedule, 24 hours notice for cancellation. Same-day cancellations are billed at 50 percent. Rescheduling is free through the manage-booking link in your confirmation.
05Do you handle biohazard or specialty decontamination without a site survey?
No. Specialty jobs are scoped in writing before a technician is dispatched. This protects the client, the team, and the pricing — and keeps the work to a standard we can put our name to.
